Our
Story.

Jason Williams, founder of Forged Pathways, often reflects on his own journey of redemption by saying "I went to a place with no windows just to get a real view on life." After spending twelve years in prison, Jason's profound personal transformation inspired him to create opportunities for others facing similar challenges.

Through Forged Pathways, he is dedicated to providing second chances and empowering individuals with the tools and resources for a brighter future. By working with Trade Unions their apprenticeship schools, and other organizations, Jason aims to illuminate multipule pathways of hope and stability, ensuring that individuals can overcome adversity and achieve social, mental, and financial freedom.

In his mission to give back to the community, Jason hopes to prevent youth from facing the agony and pain of incarceration and family separation that he once experienced himself.
